Abstract

Abstract Ceramic dielectrics with composition BaO-Ln2O3-5TiO2 (where Ln = La, Ce, Pr, Nd and Sm) are prepared by the conventional solid state ceramic route. The dielectric properties of the sintered samples are measured in the microwave frequency range.
