MPEG-4 video error resilient tools performance evaluation and assessment

Abstract

The effectiveness of MPEG-4 video error resilience tools are presented in this paper. MPEG-4 video quality measured in average peak signal to noise ratio (APSNR) that can be achieved in different channel conditions with the use of different combinations of MPEG-4 video error resilience tools will be presented in this paper.
