Anisotropy dispersion effects in CoFe/IrMn and NiFe/IrMn bilayer systems

Abstract

In this paper, anisotropy dispersion effects in CoFe/IrMn and NiFe/IrMn bilayer systems were investigated. We report on the magnetic domains and anisotropy distribution in exchange biased structures deposited by dc magnetron sputtering.
