Interference suppression and link selection for amplify-and-forward multiple full duplex relays

Abstract

In this paper, we present a cooperative communication system with multiple full duplex relays deployed in the amplify-and-forward mode over frequency selective channels. In particular, we focus on the interference suppression which utilizes the elements of extended orthogonal codes in order to remove both inherent inter-relay and self interferences. Performance results are provided in order to verify that our proposed system achieves the maximum multi-path and link diversity in multiple full duplex networks.
