Abstract

Studies on gas-sensing thin-film design have a history of research in the first half of this century, the microelectronics center University of the Andes (Bogota, - Colombia), has lead to this dissertation. This article, recreates the transient dynamic analysis tools and some finite elements enrich the phenomenon through the generation of a reduced order model that allows testing of the prototype, more rapidly, from a mathemati- cal simulation program such as Matlab ©. For the results, a new development in the manufacture of the sensor is added to check and adjust the functional model.
