Direct Fuzzy Backstepping Control for Turbine Main Steam Valve of Multi-machine Power System

Abstract

In this paper, the stability problem of the steam valve control in a multi-machine power system is addressed by means of backstopping with direct fuzzy method. A controller is designed by using direct fuzzy backstopping method for uncertain parameters and external disturbance in the system. In the design process, the non-linear characteristics are kept without any linearization used here. The bounded stability of the whole system is guaranteed by Yaupon theory. Finally, the simulation results prove the effectiveness of the controller.
