Abstract

Abstract Rb 3 HGa 2 (OH) 2 (SeO 3 ) 4 (I), Rb 3 Ga 5 (SeO 3 ) 8 (HSeO 3 ) 2 ·0.5H 2 O (II), and RbGa(SeO 3 ) 2 ·H 2 O (III) are synthesized by hydrothermal reactions of appropriate amounts of Rb 2 CO 3 , Ga(NO 3 ) 3 , and SeO 2 (autoclave, 230 °C, 4 d, yields of 33%, 38%, and 40%, resp.).
