Abstract

Abstract Ba3(P3O9)26H2O and Ca3(P3O9)26H2O have mobile H2O's which, under a dynamic vacuum of about 0.133 Pa, leave the lattice without disrupting it. Under water-vapor pressure, dehydration is accompanied by hydrolysis of P3O9 3- rings. The final product of dehydration is the β polyphosphate.
