Abstract

Abstract The dielectric spectra of CuInP2Se6, a new ferroelecric, is presented. Dielectric dispersion caused by diffuse soft modeis observed above 1 MHz. The soft mode softens down to 0.7 GHz at the phase transition temperature Tc = 234 K.
