Microwave dielectric properties of CaO-Ga2O3-Ta2O5ceramics

Abstract

Abstract Microwave dielectric properties of A(Ga1/2, Ta1/2)O3 (A=Sr, Ca) ceramics were investigated. A Q value as high as 10000 at 8 GHz was revealed when A=Ca in contrast with a Q value of 6100 when A=Sr. The relationship between microwave dielectric properties and microstructures on ternary ceramic compositions around Ca(Ga1/2, Ta1/2)O3 were also investigated.
