Reflectivity spectra of CdIn2S4, ZnIn2S4, ZnGa2Se4and CdGa2S4

Abstract

Single-crystalline samples of CdIn2S4, ZnIn2S4, ZnGa2Se4 and CdGa2S4 grown by chemical vapour deposition were investigated. The authors have measured reflection coefficient at room temperature in the 1-8 eV energy range with unpolarised light. A discussion of obtained results and comparison with available literature data were undertaken.
