In this work, we report the results obtained from electrical measurements of poly(methyl methacrylate)-singlewalled carbon nanotubes composites thin films. These films were prepared by mixing the polymer with different nanotube concentrations. Electrical characteristics of the ITO-composite-metal structures were investigated by measuring the current versus the applied voltage at room temperature. Their evolution versus the nanotube concentration was studied in the order to determine the transport process in these materials. Such composites are promising for use as transport layers in multilayer diodes.
