A Simulator Control System Based on S7-200 PLC

Abstract

The paper describes the design of a control system based on S7-200PLC for a simulator used in antennas testing system. Detailed discussions were made concerning to the control methods according to the requirements and key programs such as automatic operation, shortest path judgment, zeroing, and remote communication. Practical application shows that the system gives an easy way for automatic testing of antennas with higher accuracy, more convenience and higher reliability.
