Abstract

Abstract The complex electric permittivity (ω, T) was measured over the frequency range 0.1-2 GHz for incommensurate phase of Rb2CoCl4, crystal close to Tc (192 K). A purely Debye type relaxation process, even in the immediate vicinity of transition temperature Tc was found with τ=2·10−8s.
