Abstract

This report describes the ground-water resources of Osceola County, Florida, with emphasis on the (1) location of the principal aquifers, (2) location of areas of ground-water recharge and discharge, (3) chemical quality of ground water, and (4) quantities of ground water available. The investigation includes an inventory of 365 wells, test drilling in unconsolidated materials overlying the Floridan aquifer, water-level measurements, and water quality sampling and analysis.
